Our Philosophy
We believe in quality through simplicity, clarity, and the ability to manage things yourselves.
Simplicity and Transparency.
For years, we’ve seen how things should be done — and, more importantly, how they shouldn’t. At CloudSphere, we believe it’s time to put an end to the murky, complicated mess in IT services. You deserve clarity, so you always know where you stand — both operationally and financially.
Sound familiar? No clear overview of your IT landscape. Support requests that stay unanswered for days. Helpdesk agents who, even after a year, still ask which company you're from. That’s just not acceptable. We get it, and that’s why we created CloudSphere—with the idea that IT management shouldn’t be a mystery. Not just for us, but for everyone—including you.
Curious to see how we do it? Let’s talk today!

Why System administration?
In the past, companies with their own servers spent a lot of time on maintenance and management. This included tasks like updating software, checking for failing hard drives, and migrating data to new servers. Fortunately, with today’s cloud-based models, all of that is no longer necessary.
Another key responsibility of system administrators used to be managing user accounts and setting up folder and permission structures. Since this had to be done directly on the server, not just anyone could handle it.
But in modern SaaS environments like Microsoft 365, managing user accounts has become much simpler. In fact, companies encourage you to add new users because they typically charge per user. That’s why they make the process as user-friendly as possible. As a result, you no longer need a dedicated system administrator just for these tasks.
